Fresh produce is sourced daily from local suppliers to create a mouth-watering seasonal menu. The Oyster Bar also sets a benchmark with its unique “Benchmark Dozen”: 12 different varieties of freshly shucked Sydney Rock Oysters. The Roast Duck showcases Luke’s signature skill at presenting one ingredient with a superb combination of tastes & textures.
