Luke Benchmark Restaurant & Oyster Bar is based on three essential ingredients: great food, great ambience and great service. We have an extensive, well-chosen selection of Australian and New Zealand wines, plus an enticing cocktail menu with clean, fresh flavours. Six sublime oyster shots are on offer from the Oyster Bar, such as rockmelon & Cointreau with crispy prosciutto.
Owners Luke and Jillian Collins grew up in the Sutherland Shire and are excited to be providing customers with a chance to experience fine food in a cosy, yet sophisticated setting in Sylvania Heights.
